01 · Starting point

The paper form at the counter

In workshops, phone shops and repair businesses, almost every job starts at the counter – usually with a paper form. It's quick to write, but often hard to read. The signature is missing, and weeks later nobody can find it.

Then come the follow-up questions: Is the device ready? What was agreed? Every answer means searching, phoning, looking things up – while the next customer is waiting at the counter.

What was needed was something that replaces the paper form one-to-one: no new hardware, no installation and as fast as paper.

02 · Solution

Faster than paper

Taskly replaces the paper form with a digital job sheet in the browser. The job is taken on a tablet, and the customer signs with a finger – on the tablet or via QR code on their own phone. The job sheet is then sent out as a link by email. When the job is done, the customer is notified.

To make it genuinely faster than paper at the counter, only a few fields are required; Taskly fills in the date, job number and who took the job itself. Anyone who doesn't want to type can dictate or take a photo – the AI fills in the fields, you just check them.

03 · What it can do today

What Taskly can do today

Digital job sheets

16 industry templates – from phones & tablets to cars and bicycles, plumbing and locksmiths. Or your own form from the template builder.

Signature on the customer's phone

Via QR code, in the customer's language, with consent for email and SMS. The link is valid for 24 hours and only once.

Self check-in via QR code

Customers enter their details at the counter themselves. One tap – and the job sheet is filled in.

AI: photo and dictation

Photograph a rating plate, IMEI sticker, vehicle registration document or business card – or dictate the job. Audio and images are not stored.

Automations

Pick-up and payment reminders, maintenance reminders, review requests and a daily briefing – each can be switched on individually.

Customers, contracts, invoices

Customer records with history, contracts with a reminder before the notice period, invoices from the job – including small-business invoices under Section 19 of the German VAT Act.

Calendar and online appointments

Pick-up dates and deadlines in a monthly view, an order list for parts. Customers can book an appointment themselves if you wish.

8 languages, your own team

App and customer pages in German, English, Turkish, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, French and Spanish. Every person with their own login.

Sending SMS is built in and is currently being activated business by business. All features are described on Taskly's website; you can try them out with a Taskly account.
