Area 03 · Simplify work

Make company knowledge easy to find – with an internal AI assistant

Manuals, processes and documents in one place, and an assistant that answers with sources and only shows what someone is allowed to see.

Questions? Let's have a quick chat.

The problem

Knowledge sits in people's heads, folders and old emails. New staff keep asking the same questions, and when someone is ill, nobody knows how things work.

What you get

The scope of a clearly defined starter project. Exactly what is included is set out in your proposal.

Included

  • Inventory: which documents exist, where they are, how up to date they are and who may see what
  • Organise and make findable: structure, naming, summaries where needed
  • Internal assistant that answers questions based on your documents and shows the source for every answer
  • Access rights: answers only from documents the person asking is allowed to see
  • Upkeep: how new documents are added and outdated ones removed

Not included

  • Public chatbots on your website – a separate service with its own data protection questions
  • Processing health data without a separate review

Ongoing, if you want it

  • Maintaining the collection
  • Adjustments
  • Checking answer quality

Always separate: third-party costs

  • Costs of the AI provider, depending on usage
  • Hosting and storage

For the agreed scope you get a written proposal with a fixed price. Ongoing support only if you want it. How a proposal comes about

Examples – how it could look

Use cases for orientation – not customer projects.

Example – how it could look

A manual that answers

An office makes manuals and checklists searchable. The answer to “How do I create a new customer?” links to the right page in the manual.

Instructions on the building site

A trade business collects installation instructions; fitters ask on site by phone and see the source.

How it works

  1. 01

    Inventory

Clarify documents, access rights and data questions, choose the provider.

  2. 02

    Prototype

With test documents, so you see early what answers look like.

  3. 03

    Check

With real questions from everyday work – are the answers and sources right?

  4. 04

    Expansion

More documents and users, after your approval.

  5. 05

    Handover

Training and a plan for keeping the collection up to date.

What I don't promise

  • An assistant can answer incorrectly or have gaps. That's why it shows sources, and important answers are checked.
  • It does not replace a professional or legal review.

Frequently asked questions

Where will the documents be stored?

We clarify that before we start: with which provider, in which country, under which contract. I suggest solutions where the storage location and the use of the data are governed by contract.

Can the assistant give wrong answers?

Yes. That's why it shows the source for every answer, and we test it with real questions before everyone works with it. For important topics, the source remains authoritative, not the summary.

Do we need specific software for this?

Not necessarily. The assistant can build on documents you already have. What makes sense becomes clear after the inventory.
