Publish content – from your knowledge and your material

Two services from the same raw material: what you know and what you have already recorded becomes posts and clips that you review and approve.

Service E

LinkedIn content

Your expertise turned into regular posts: you talk, I write, you review and approve.

The problem

Owners and specialists know a lot that interests customers and applicants. But there's no time for regular posts – and nobody wants to read empty promotional posts.

What you get

The scope of a clearly defined starter project. Exactly what is included is set out in your proposal.

Included

  • Finding topics from short conversations by phone or video and from existing material such as proposals, customer questions and projects
  • Posts in your language and from your perspective, as drafts for review
  • Editorial plan for an agreed period
  • Approval: nothing goes out without your explicit approval; if you prefer, you publish yourself

Not included

  • Buying followers or interactions
  • automated mass comments
  • automated connection requests

Ongoing, if you want it

  • Editorial plan and posts at agreed intervals

Always separate: third-party costs

  • No third-party costs, as long as no paid tools or images are wanted

For the agreed scope you get a written proposal with a fixed price. Ongoing support only if you want it. How a proposal comes about

Examples – how it could look

Use cases for orientation – not customer projects.

Example – how it could look

Three questions, three posts

In the monthly conversation, a tax adviser talks about three frequent client questions. They become three posts, which she reviews and approves.

Example – how it could look

Onboarding in the business

A workshop owner describes how he trains apprentices – a post with a photo from the workshop, with the consent of the people shown.

How it works

  1. 01

    Getting to know each other

Clarify the goal and target group of the posts.

  2. 02

    Topic conversation

    You talk, I ask questions.

  3. 03

    Drafts

Posts in your language, for review.

  4. 04

    Approval

You edit, approve – or discard.

  5. 05

    Publishing

By you or with your approval; then a short review.

What I don't promise

  • No promises about reach, followers or enquiries.

Service F

Video and content editing

Existing footage turned into short clips with subtitles, the right formats and accompanying copy – selected, edited and checked.

with proof

The problem

There are talks, interviews, webinars or phone videos from the business – but nobody cuts anything from them that can be shown.

What you get

The scope of a clearly defined starter project. Exactly what is included is set out in your proposal.

Included

  • Reviewing your material and selecting suitable passages
  • Editing short clips, checked subtitles, formats for the channels you want (portrait, square, landscape)
  • Simple design with title, subtitle style and logo, plus accompanying copy for posts
  • Human quality control: I watch every result before you get it – even when AI tools help with editing or subtitling

Not included

  • Filming on location
  • elaborate animations
  • buying reach

Ongoing, if you want it

  • regular editing of new footage

Always separate: third-party costs

  • Music or image licences, if wanted

For the agreed scope you get a written proposal with a fixed price. Ongoing support only if you want it. How a proposal comes about

Examples – how it could look

Use cases for orientation – not customer projects.

Example – how it could look

A talk turned into clips

A 45-minute recording of a talk becomes five clips with subtitles and accompanying copy for each.

Example – how it could look

Before and after

Phone videos from a construction site become a short before-and-after clip – with the client's consent.

How it works

  1. 01

    Material

You hand over the footage and tell me what the clips are for.

  2. 02

    Selection

    I suggest passages, you decide.

  3. 03

    Editing

    Clips, subtitles and formats.

  4. 04

    Review

You watch everything and give feedback.

  5. 05

    Delivery

In the agreed formats, with accompanying copy.

What I don't promise

  • No promises about reach or views.
  • The quality depends on the source material.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to write myself?

No. You talk in our conversation, I write the drafts. But you do have to review and approve them yourself – after all, the post appears under your name.

Do you use AI for writing or editing?

Where it helps, yes – for example for first subtitles or outlines. I read or watch every result myself, and nothing goes out without your approval.

What material is suitable for clips?

Talks, interviews, webinars, tours or phone videos from the business. What matters is clear sound and the rights to the footage.

Free initial call

I'll call you back – approx. 15 minutes, no obligation. Your name and number are all I need.

How would you like to talk?

Phone number or email address – either one is enough.
